Our function is to provide oversight on the program, this includes the legal services you receive. If you are a client with an appellate attorney representing you in the Washington State Court of Appeals and/or Supreme Court this is the correct location to comment on the services you have received. When we receive a complaint, praise or comment we review it to decide if action is required. We attempt to resolve most concerns or complaints informally. Depending on the type of feedback, we may contact you or the attorney for more information. Complaints generally require more information and a release of information. If you are a client, please fill out the Complaint Form [PDF]. If you are not the client, skip the form and send us your complaint. We accept comments by email, phone, or mail.
