The Washington State Office of Public Defense Brief Bank contains over 8,000 briefs filed for indigent appeals in the Washington State Courts of Appeal and Washington State Supreme Court in the last ten or more years. The Brief Bank is not a complete collection of all indigent appellate briefs which have been filed. These briefs were collected over the years by the Office of Public Defense and by contract attorneys. Current briefs will be added monthly. |
